The mission of Vestavia Hills High School, a collaborative learning community with a continuing tradition of excellence, is to cultivate responsible and compassionate shapers of society by fostering personal growth through community service, character development, and a rigorous, varied and relevant curriculum.


Objectives

  1. 100% of VHHS students will recognize they are a valued and integral part of a school community.
  2. 100% of VHHS students will demonstrate mastery of skills, which prepares them to excel in post-secondary education.
  3. 100% of VHHS graduates will demonstrate cultural literacy and an understanding of global connectedness.
  4. 100% of VHHS students will practice self-discipline and model ethical and compassionate behavior.
