In planning for the upcoming school year, we welcome input from parents. Information for parents is considered in creating class rolls for the next school year. In the past some parents have written letters to the school or scheduled meetings, but this year we will once again be collecting parent input using electronic forms found on our website.
Please note there is a form specific for each grade level. Please select the grade level for which your child will be entering for the 2021-2022 school year.
Please know that this opportunity for input is completely optional. The information you choose to provide will be treated as confidential and will only be seen by school administrators and counselors. Please do not request a specific teacher; we do not honor teacher requests. We would ask that you please submit all information prior to May 1st as we will begin working on placements the last few weeks of school.
