National School Counseling Week 2019

February 4, 2019 — The American School Counselor Association recognizes Feb. 4-8, 2019, as National School Counseling Week. The week brings public attention to the unique contribution of school counselors within school systems.

Vestavia Hills City Schools is home to 19 school and district counselors and 1 social worker who have a tremendous impact on the lives of students and school success. VHCS school counselors are actively committed to helping students explore their abilities, strengths, interests, and talents, and help parents focus on ways to further the educational and personal growth of their children.
