Child Nutrition Program to continue offering student meals at no cost

January 4, 2021 -- The Vestavia Hills City Schools Child Nutrition Program is pleased to announce that we will continue offering daily breakfast and lunch service to all students at no cost through the end of the 2020-21 school year.

This program is made possible through a recent extension of the U.S. Department of Agriculture's coronavirus relief program for school meal providers. Students will be eligible for meals at no cost each day through the end of the 2020-21 school year in May.

This program is available to both Traditional and Remote Instructional Model students. Please note, students who purchase additional meals or "a la carte" items during the school day will be charged for those items as applicable.
